Large booking terms & conditions

At Uneke we endeavour to make your dining experience a memorable one for you & all your guests.

So that we can provide the level of service you deserve we need to have a few terms & conditions in place for large bookings (please see below).

For all bookings with over 20 guests, please call & or pop in & chat with our management team.

Terms & conditions

  1. We require credit card details for all bookings with over 20 guests, no charges will be made upfront & details will be kept securely.

  2. We know plans can change, however, we are holding this space for you & when seats remain empty it is a cost to the business. A fee of $100 per group will be charged if your booking decreases below 20 guests/cancels after final confirmation or fails to show up.

  3. Please confirm accurate numbers (48 hours prior to booking). If an unconfirmed number of guests arrive we may need to deny them service. While our dining area is spacious we are often fully booked & can not always accommodate for extras.

  4. The location of your booking within our dining area/s is subject to availability on the day. We will do our best to accommodate for all requests. Private areas are subject to availability & number of guests.

  5. Bookings will be set across multiple tables. Our tables are designed to seat 10 people max so tables will be allocated accordingly.

  6. All bookings are for a duration of 90 minutes (1.5hrs). Extensions can be made upon request, this must be approved by Uneke Management & will be at our discretion. If this has not been pre-arranged your tables will be rebooked after this time & you will need to vacate.

  7. For large bookings (30+) - hot beverages may need to be served in take away cups as this helps to ensure they are delivered quickly & to the correct recipient with ease.
